When I contact them again to let them know I still have not been contacted, they, cant find the ticket number, so this whole thing repeats. I have no dial tone and all they do is issue me with a ticket number and claim someone will be in touch within 24. I have been communicating with Flow on WhatsApp since last year 2022. Do better, I know you can do better…you have fiber as a basic plan in Tobago, why not expand it to Trinidad free of cost.
